Generative Art and Game Design in JavaScript (ages 8-13)

This is a project-based camp. Students outline ideas for what they’d like to build and work with instructors to learn the concepts necessary to bring their ideas to fruition. Students learn to write JavaScript within the Code Naturally web app and get their own account so they can continue coding from home during the camp. Each student will create a portfolio of work based on their own unique and creative ideas.

Girls Code! Generative Art and Game Design in JavaScript (ages 8-13)

In general, female and male students perform equally well in mathematics and science on standardized tests, although women remain underrepresented in the science and engineering workforce. Girls Code Camp aims to help change that, as girls learn to code their way to creating their own unique projects!
